and also what things i must upgrade before i get the car remapped to gain more bhp.

i was thinking of induction kit, 3inch cat back exhaust and sports catylist.

AmD do good deals on Miltek exhaust, they come with free fitting. I'd certainly recommend AmD, and Miltek for that matter.

Where about's in essex do you live? Im from colchester :)

I bought mine 3 weeks ago so far ive got
HID kit (headlight blew so just got this i know its not a performance mod)
4 Bar FPR
3"downpipe and de cat (still looking into what exhaust to get to go with this)
Forge FMCL007p
Boost gauge (another non performance mod but wanted to make sure things are ok)
so far there fitted

ordered but awaiting my jr fitler and heat shield from bill
once it arrives i think my next mod is an exhaust and fmic (unusre what one yet)
Stage 2 remap
may go down a bigger turbo route at some point but i think this will do for now

im also looking for a tip but what one fits? everytime i look its a cupra r one and that wont fit my car

I fitted until now:
-QSP dry cone filter (+-30 euro)
-uprated silicone crankcase ventilation hose (original rubber one split...) (+-30 euro)
-Toyosports turbo intake pipe (highly recommended) (+-90 euro)
-N249 bypass (highly recommended), need a t-splitter and some silicone vacuum hoses (+-10 euro)
-Forge SplitR DV (second hand, 30 euro)
-Boost gauge (40 euro), provides invaluable info about boost and boostcircuit
-NGK Laser Platinum plugs (+-40 euro)
-N75 boost hose kit (+-40 euro)
-Cobra Catback Exhaust 2.5" bore (+-400 euro)
-Audi TT style arch vent (+-5 euro)

Above have given me some nice gains (havent been on rollers yet), for as far as I can tell.

Next up is 3" Downpipe and sportscat, followed by uprated smic/fmic and remap.
