What is this fallen out from under the car?

How weird, was going to post about mine today and a thread pops up!
Had noticed some chattering noise when about 70ish on the motorway and a dragging noise when braking when going less than 20 (thought it might be the brakes!).

But went out today and it was making the dragging noise constantly. Checked underneath and it seems that the front is still attached at the bumper, but the back is hanging down completely.

How does it attach, one bolt each side or something? Can I reattach it or am I going to have to search for a 2nd hand one? Don't fancy splashing out that much for a bit of plastic!

as requested this is for the Cupra but essentially the same thing bar a rebadging lol

Does anyone know the part numbers for the rivets/screws that go into the wholes to hold the thing up?
