Ok, some more progress.

I have managed to get time to plumb the pedal box, hydraulic handbrake and front brakes over the weekend.

Also got round to refitting the skirts and securing the jacking point covers. No need to remove them now I have the still stand mounts sorted.

Hope to have more progress this week.;)

They're Grand So Noige!

Trouble is, you've already got 8 holes for the VWMS Top Mounts, and you'll need another 6 holes for these!:hole:

Does this mean I can borrow the VWMS front struts now?:D

Well lets see......I think I can utilise one of the holes already there so only 4 more holes needed.
And I wont be filling in the spare holes...therefore the Billies become part of my spares package.
Now if you mean borrowing the VWMS units for Historical Research and investigation then yes Dave thats no problem, however I would need them back to keep them in my spares package.;)

Nice project. How far are you away from your first outing?

:(
Still have a long way to go im afraid.
Time to work at it is a major issue, and old faithfull "money" is the other.
I would say its 70% complete.
I have most of the engine bits I need but need to get some machining done.
Gearbox and clutch all there.
Driveshafts yet to be sorted.
Exhaust to be developed.
Fuel lines to be sourced and installed.
A little bit of wiring to be done.
Fuel tank cover to be installed.
Extinguisher system to be installed.
New seats now required as their dates are just expired:censored:Brand new in the box!!!
Harnesses to be got.
Injectors needed.
Airbox or filters needed.
:rolleyes:And im sure plenty of other "wee" things I have forgot.

Someday, maybe someday!! :D
