Hi guys excited to get my new cupra its red with 106k on the clock mint condition and pretty decent spec! heres the list! photos will be put up when i get her let me know what you all think!!!!
full years mot and tax
jbs04 (ko3 hybrid) turbo (1600 new 7 months old)
revo stage 2 tuning by revo kev with custom code 3 for new turbo
310cc injectors
4'' air mass meter
4 bar fuel pump and regulator miltec exhaust with cobra back box
new forge dump valve and wastegate actuator with yellow spring
forge front mount intercooler
n75j valve
n249 bypass
4 brand new tyres
new rocker cover gasket and all new exhaust gaskets
new drilled and grooved discs and pads
porche wheels plus standard wheels
fk street kit fully adjustable suspension
tinted windows
samco hosing all round
limited edition red cloth and black leather seats
car has old mots and all receipts of work done
high spec 265bhp
car is 100%
few stone chips and a small scratch on the roof NO RUST

Looks good spec be careful running that power and torque on standard rods

o really? i thought they were kinda safe until 280 bhp right enough i don't know the tourqe would it be wise to turn the boost down a few psi just to be on safe side untill i purchase forged internals? or is that stupid???

Peak power wont make you throw a rod, torque is what kills them.

Especially on these small punchy units. Depends how you have had it mapped also. If its progressive it will easier on the rods, some prefer a big whack low down.

Right cheers! ill drive it not too hard then untill i throw in the rods and pistons!!! cheers for advice and ill get them up when i buy it as ill polish it first!!!! hehe cannot wait to join he seat bandwagon lol!!!!!!!

I advise everyone to check this pipe as I only noticed the split after removing my throttle body!!

A temporary repair and shes all good for now! just goes to show you really do have to cheack EVERY pipe if your suffering boost problems or bad running!
