FR Facelift Back bumped needed! HELP PLEASE

Hi Guys;

I have been thinking for a long time and i have decided i want to get the FR / Cupra Facelift Bumper as seen below;

I am really stuck on how to get hold of one, in good condition and sprayed black?

I am in the south london area and i have no idea how to remove and fit?

Is it easy?

Keep looking on eBay if i was you. I got mine of ebay for about 115 and had is sprayed black and silver for an extra 130 on top. It worked out cheaper i think then getting a new primed one from a stealer.

Defo worth it IMO!

P.S. Fitting is really easy as you remove 4 torque screws from bottom of bumper, 3 from the wheel arch liner (both sides) and 3 under the taillights (both sides). The bumper will then come off and the new one will be a straight swap.

It was delivered but I just took the bumper to a local body shop and collected it a few days later then fitted on my driveway.
