Seat DV179 Alloys on Leon?

Anyone ever run Seat DV179 alloys on the Leon. I'm tempted to give them a go but never seen them before:

Well I have attempted a quick photoshop, what are your thoughts? I can't decide whether to stick with my FR550 wheels, get the DV179 or get the DV179 and spray them black?

Will be running Eibach sportlines soon either way.

They were not proper bbs and have since gone so I'm back to FR550 wheels or trying something different.

Problem is a lot of people have BBS CH, I think the DV179 will look good, even better if I spray them black in the end. Would be a shame to straight away as they are like new. Reckon I'm gonna give them a go. Will be unique as never seen a Leon running these.
Looks like mint FR550 wheels with mint Falken FK452 tyres will be up for grabs soon

Well pick the DV179 wheels up on Tuesday, think they'll look pretty cool and unique. Not sure how long it will be until I spray them black tho

I agree mate, the wheels are amazing, defo not spraying them. I'm going to fit them on Monday once my Eibach sportlines have been fitted. Will be a nice double suprise

Only have this picture so far, not the best picture due to it being from the phone. Was hour after being lowered so still settling down.

They actually suit it quite well from this picture but need a few more to fully see

The only problem you'll have is that if you spray them straight away you will have voided any warranty on them !

If you like them I'd run them around in the standard factory colour for 6 months just to make sure you have no problems with the rim manufacturing, then maybe respray them

Ideally I think they would look best in black to match the side stipes/mirrors/pillers etc but they are in such mint condition I can't bring myself to paint them.

Looking good Rik! More pics needed. Dont even think about spraying them. I think I have an Exeo pic with them in black and you'll see what I mean....

Andyccr - These alloys were bought from me, ie secondhand. They are over a year old and have covered 7k. Sold as seen! NO warranty on them now

Your cars looking spot on mate think you should leave the wheels as they are. Think you should get your front side grills sprayed black did mine and it makes the front end look alot fresher
