Hi guys... Been a while again.

Sprayed some carb cleaner straight into the throttle body of my 1.4 this afternoon. Got rid of all the dirt and everything.

Took the car for a spin and it seems to stick at 2000rpm for about 5-7 seconds before dropping to around 1000rpm.

However if i rev the car at a standstill it immediately drops to the normal idle which is around 1000rpm.

What are the chances of me messing something up spraying carb cleaner down the throttle body.

All ideas welcome and any fault finding tips.
