Vagcom 11.11.4 won't open on my computer??

Have tried running the above update but it won't launch on my computer, uninstalled and downloaded again and it still won't work, any ideas??

I think so, auto updates are switched on.

Think I have cured it, I have changed the compatibility mode to windows NT

A genuine version of VCDS shouldn't behave like that, if you're a customer of ours feel free to contact us directly. It certainly does not need any compatibility mode to begin with, specifically not old style Windows NT.

It is a genuine vagcom lead, it may be my IT terminology/abilities, I changed the version of windows when I downloaded it again and it started working, I think I originally had it on windows 98, when I think I have a later version!
