And after that, you'll still have a black/ red stereo and MFD.

But then, some of those are mods you'd probably want to do to a new/newer car too.

I think I'd keep the internals mostly standard on a FL, mostly because of warranty and such. I'm not sure how you guys pull this off...

And I only want to change the springs on my current FR for a more progressive compression and less crashy ride.

Other than that, yes it would get the usual treatment of exterior mods (grills, wings, valence etc).

Double din replace mod! Nav/bt/dvd Then red led replace with any colour (steady hand, patience and guts)

Very tempted with the LED replacement...but it seems like too farty of a job. Don't have that kind of time. The red doesn't bother me THAT much :)

Deffo still want to have gloss-black dash though. pending.

Cheers. I'm dead pleased with them. Proper 18" BBS. No longer do I drive a tractor :) I like the way it sits actually. Don't know if the sportlines will be necessary

Aye exciting indeed. I'll get some pics up soon.

Also getting her detailed by a mate at discount next week. She's got some nasty swirls. I've seen before/afters of his work and I'm expecting some great results.

You went and got it? U don't ****in hang around do ya mate???

I'll pop over some point next week when ya in work so I can drool all over it ;)

Well you know...when money is no object...hahhah.
Traded in 2 cars for it! Haha.

I love it. The diesel isn't as feisty as the TFSI, but it's definitely not slow.

Can't even drive your cupra now :(

Might take another week off work, still feel properly out of it. Will let you know. You're welcome to have a peek.

Otherwise you can have my wife show you :) hehe. Works in the same building

I'm a little confused about what the car actually is...
Supercopa was introduced in 2012 right? And it had bi-xenons and media 2.2.
Mine's a 2011, without 2.2 and no xenons. Is it a FR+? Or a FR?
I'm lost

Sounds like yours is an FR?

FR+'s come with the bi-xenons and media system.

Fr+ has all kit including front park sensors, nav , dab radio and more. So you got diesel in the end? I waited for petrol, quite rare to find tfsi fr dsg, they mostly do diesel

Yeah must be FR then. I can live with that as long as its cr170 :)

Went for diesel because, as you said, these guys don't pop up often in DSG. It ticked all the boxes except for the petrol part. Then reckoned we do enough miles to warrant a diesel and make some good savings

A bit of a shame it hasn't got the xenons and RNS. Btcc kit doesn't have front parking so wouldn't have those anyway.
