SEAT ALTEA DIESAL ESTATE 2.0 TDISTYLANCE DSG 5 DOOR AUTO

Had the car in yesterday for 40000 mile service ( new timing belt, water pump etc. ) Plus front pads & discs plus 2 rear tyres.
Went out today and tyre pressure light came on. Tyre pressures seem Ok.
Any ideas on this problem?.
Is it OK to run the car in this condition?.
Any comments would be apreciated.

It's normal for it to happen after new tyres, just check pressures and reset

Tyre Presssure Indicator Light

I have tried that the pressure seems to be OK. When you press the reset the light goes off then comes back on immediately

Yes Viking & LeonCR You were spot on.
I had tried this and it did not work. After your comments I rechecked the tyre pressure at a different petrol station. There was a difference of 6 or 7 psi. I corrected them and your suggestion worked.
Many thanks

Hi all, please could someone advise me where the tyre pressure reset button is? My light is on and I have checked the pressure at the local garage, and the front needed some air. Sorted that but dont have a manual to check how to reset.
Any advice is greatly appreciated

On the Freetrack it's on the central console between the driver and front passenger seats.

As above, it's just next to the door lock button.

Mine has come on once or twice in error. Still a very handy feature to have :)
