The drivers side wiper arm needs replacing on the seat, I sourced a second hand one from a 2012 car it arrived today in mint condition but the spline is just rounded in the arm.

Shall I not even bother trying to fit it, or I'll the 13mm bot hold ?

I don't want to damage the spline on the actual car?

you need the spline in order for the wiper arm to move, otherwise the pin would just spin inside the arm. if its damaged dont risk trying to bodge it on and send it back

Thanks for your reply, that's what I thought but some one has just told me sometimes the a arm doesn't have any or little spline, the spline on the car will bite into the soft alloy of the arm
