searching locksmith - car diggi is not lock or unlock automatically

i have my car seat Ibiza Mk3 2002 and i'm using it for a long time but now it developed a problem in my car diggi lock. The problem is that my car diggi wont unlocked automatically using button i have to lock and unlock it manually using key. so i need a locksmith who can fix this issue if anyone have some idea kindly share it with me.

Whats a diggi?

If you mean your remote locking then it may just need the battery in the key changed and a re code.
