SLOW is for junction on left which I could see is clear, not a random wildlife warning. Camera setup is on youtube, Kodak Playfull 4 hours+ HD recording and in-camera editing.

I fail to see anything there that is even getting close to being an "Incident" for the driver of the Yellow Ibiza.

That sort of stuff happens many times every day to those of us that drive in central London or other large cities.
