Uniroyal rainsport2 for me as well but in 195/45/16.

Run them on the other halfs astra but in 235/45/18 and they are just as good, 20k miles and just needing replaced. She doesn't drive hard lol

Heard good about the uniroyal rainsport 2's from many many people.
Verdestein have a good reputation too

I like Pirelli pzero Nero. I run 205/45/16, can't fault them, I drive rather hard as well, progressive on the limit. And found them very useable in the snow lol

+1 on the Vredestein's. I'm running the Ultrac Sessantas which I believe is the previous design. They didn't have the Sportracs in the size I required. They get nothing but rave reviews on the BMW forums.

Currently running uniroyals, good in the dry, really good in the wet. Best tyre I've used on my cupra is the Michelin ps3. Very good tyre and lasts much longer than any of uniroyals or vestiens, toyos etc...

Do have R888's on a set on 15's for track days and summer fun though.
