i have mk1 lc 1.8t toyosports downpipe de-cat and no lights on dash and there shouldnt be any way as the second sensor only asks if the cat is working or not its a yes/no answer and its the first one that does the clever bits. £90 quid on ebay

Get the cat cut out, strip out the centre of it and reweld it in place...
