Steering Problem

I've had my MK5 from new for about a year, has only 6000 miles on it. Yesterday when driving on the motorway I noticed I was having to steer to the right more than usual. When driving in a straight line, I need to turn the wheel slightly to the right to avoid it pulling to the left.

Clearly something is wrong with the steering - is this a common problem? What should I do?

Its called road camber and england is a **** for it.

If it's a year old it's under warranty. Take it to the dealer and ask them what's wrong.

I'm certain it's not a road issue as I'm driving on the same roads as I have for the last year and I know how they should feel.

Binding brake on one side perhaps? Jack up each wheel in turn and see if it's free.

Take it straight to the dealer if its still under warranty.

Just pumped all the tires. If that doesn't work, I'll go to the dealer.

Yeah. Where I live, it is impossible to not drive over a few pot holes.

could have knocked the tracking out one side. get it checked asap as it happened on my boca and it chewed through a set of tyres in a month!
