Mk3 ibiza iPod connectivity

Hello I'm looking to connect my iPod to my original radio in my mk3 ibiza I currently use the tape to aux but its not great quality so I was wonder if this xcarlink product would work or if any one had any other suggestions thanks kris http://www.xcarlink.co.uk/product.php?productid=17&cat=0&page=1

I'm guessing it works fine with a mk3 ibiza, it doesn't say it does under compatibility on there website that's all :-( thank kris

That's the wrong one, you want the 8 pin.

I had them installed in both my Ibizas, the first one I installed, which is now my brothers car, has just failed, 4 years after I installed it.

Received it and fitted it on Friday and wow so much better than a tape quality is amazing , would recommend to any one deffinatly worth the price thanks again kris

Did you plug it straight into the cd port at the back of the headunit?

Then do you press the cd button to get it to play?

yeah you swap the blue plug in the back of the headunit with the one that is on the end of the kit you get , and thats it and basically and then just press the cd button to play and you can use all the buttons on the radio worth the money mate
