Wheels (ET, Width, diameter)

Hey everyone, I know this has been said before but I couldn't find a post that answered my questions. So I would like to know what ET and width (j) I would need on a 17" and 18" set of wheels, looking to get that flush stance with my wheels a line with the arch, and maybe abit of poke if I can get away with some stretch. I don't want to go and spend £££s on wheels to find the tuck to much. Thanks in advance.

Wheels can always be spaced out.
I have 7.5 et30 on the front and 8.5 et45 on the rear.
Going to put a 20mm spacer on the rear so it pokes some more that will bring the final offset to et25.

Have a look thru the readers rides but be cheaper to space wheels out, your prob looking a 9j to get the right poke but front track is wider than the rear so would be better off with staggered ie wider on the rear
