What ARB setup are/would you use for LCR

As title really these are on the purchase list before map is done so what do people run and what size are standard on the LCR

Standard front bar is 18/19mm, cant remember exactly
Rear doesnt have one apart from in the beam itself
I'll take you out in mine next time youre round now its all fixed

Sorry for highjacking but have a related arb query and couldn't find an answer on searching.
Can anyone advise if an LCR using a R32 arb would run into trouble with fouling if lowering 20mm ..
Would an arb on front need to be changed ?

LCR/TT/R32/S3 ARB get further away from the driveshaft when lowering so wont catch anything
