Hids wouldnt touch bcm unless you shorted a wire out directly to the unit by accident

Not too sure. Me and me mate were turning tem on and off which now we realised your not meant to do. That could have possibly done something but otherwise I don't no why the Bcm went.

On n off shouldnt do that unless you got a dodgy set which spiked the electrics

Just fitted the same ones as you did today Chris, I have a 1.4 SC without automatic lights and had no problems whatsoever.

However, when connecting the HID's to the original headlight cables, make sure you connect them right. The lead with one cable is for the red (+) and the other one with two cables out the back is for the black (-).
