Egr blanking plate ?

Just would like to know if it is possible to fit a egr blanking plate onto the exhaust manifold without removing the turbo and exhaust manifold? I will be removing the intake manifold and also doing away with the egr cooler with a delete kit from darkside.

Yeah its accesable easily on a pd150 with the inlet and cooler removed.
