Cupra/Boc fog light grille removal

I have searched and searched on this but cant find anything.

How do you remove the side grilles which surround the fog lights on cupra/Boc front bumper?

I want to try and vinyl wrap them but can only find guides for other models of ibiza which have different grilles.

Any advice appreciated please.

Use this one on the sport as it should be the same no matter the model of the cars as I used it for mine, all basically the same principle
