Cheers dude :) Erm wasn't easy lol, took a lot of patience with an electric mouse sander, emery cloth and meguiars metal polish and it's still not really how I want it yet :/

Thanks mate, different was the idea, keeping it subtle on the outside but the engine bay is a different story

Most up to date pic of the bay:

Yeah it's definitely worth it though IMO if you have the patients :)

Erm wasn't too bad, but needs another coat really, where its a brush on high temp paint its really tacky so it's hard to get smooth. Had 1 thin and one average coat so far :)

I was really considering getting somewhere to make some, but it would be expensive and if it wasn't a perfect colour match it would look kak :/

Found out the only difference between the centre and side vents are the sleeves so if I can route the vac hose there it'll go in the right, centre vent

^^ how to bodge a boost gauge into a vent haha. only joking.

ive never been a fan of the mk4 ibiza but this one i like alot, im a big fan of subtle use of louder colours (purple being my favourite) all works very well with the colour of the motor.

what engine code is the ibiza?

Haha yep! All in it cost me not a lot so thought I'd experiment, may get a better gauge in the future so this has given me a rough idea of how to do it :)

Cheers mate, appreciate it :) I keep wanting to add more purple but don't want to over do it :\

Mine is the BJX, Cupra is BJU I believe

Sooooo haven't updated this in a while!

Got my SFS TIP fitted...

Got bored of the purple and had other things in mind so basically reversed the colour scheme... Black rocker with purple bolts and dipstick...

Removed a fog light to pass more air to the SMIC till I get hold of a FMIC

Picked up some goodies from Cos :)

Painted the strut and fitted.

APR R1 recirc also fitted, much smoother boost delivery which helps with my map

RARB purple and fitted and set to medium. Vast improvement to the handling, can really feel the back end gripping :)

And just some random cool/clean pictures :)

Hope you like :)

Few more bits of progress :)

Car has had yet ANOTHER map tweak, so much quicker picking up from low revs now and holds boot a lot higher in the rev range. Still trying to get in on a rolling road day to get some actual figures though :(

Also lowered the car more, so its now all the way down on the JOMs. Main excuse for doing so is that the cold weather is coming so wont be hoonin around much :p

Will try and get some pictures if the rain ever stops.

Also, my mate mounted his go pro on my rear bumper for a quick video, here is a quick screen shot of the result :D

When I get the actual video file off of him I'll upload that too.

Your car looks really nice. Purple accents are unique, never saw them on a Beeza!
I'd love to have a Milltek exhaust on my FR also. U want to ship it to Holland? :D

Cheers!

Thanks -BH, yeah I wanted to do something a little different as it's a dark coloured car I wanted bits to stand out. Not really a fan of the 'stealth' look.

Do they not sell Milltek systems in Holland then?

Bought some new wheels the other week, Schmidt Modern Line 1 Piece's. 16x7.5 et15 fronts, 16x9 et15 rears. Gives the car a much more aggressive stance and means it sits a lot lower and meaner, love it.

Haven't got them fitted yet as I'm waiting till after the winter, only picture I have is when I test fitted them to make sure they cleared the brakes.

Obviously I need to wind the coilovers down a lot more but that will come in time.

Rate/slate :)
