Best clutch and flywheel combination?

hi all, does anyone know of the best clutch and flywheel combination for mk4 cupra 1.8t? thanks

The VR6/G60 clutch/flywheel combo is quite popular.

How much bhp and torque can they withstand?

About 300ft/lbs. And the flywheel is single mass so much lighter than standard letting the engine rev a quicker. Also loses revs quicker when you let off the accelerator.
