Hi there,

Had an mot done recently with 2 advisories for the Front lower (back) suspension arm rubber bush resulting in excessive movement on both sides. I assume this is the wishbone?? (am not very technical if you cant tell hahaa)

So I was going to replace them with powerflex equivalents but looking on the website I don't know which I need, cast or pressed?? I was wondering if someone can help and provide the part numbers??.

I drive a 2005 Leon Cupra R mk1 1.8t 225, I would provide a link to the website but I don't have enough posts!!

Also which ones I would require to replace the Front Anti Roll Bar Mount as there's 3 sizes, might as well get them done at the same time. The cars complete standard too if that helps.

Many Thanks,
Chris

you'd need cast ones as LCR wishbones are cast. (they usually say Cupra R only or excluding Cupra R)

as for roll bar it appears to be 19mm as standard on 225bhp models

Bar is 19mm unsleeved but bushes required are 17mm (super pro do them)

Stock bar (unsleeved)

Stock bush (so originally a 17mm bush)

If your bar has sleeves at the bushes its simple just knock them off! They will be knackered by now anyways!!

So always fit 17mm bushes to lcr's

I would have been interested but a friend is doing these really cheap for me as he owes me a favour.
