It looks a oil sort of substance on the manifold but not sure what it is and it's on all four intakes should I be worried?

looks like an oil mist/splash which has burnt on assuming you have no loose or split hoses I wouldn't worry

Looks like the seals around the injectors or something like that, mine has a similar look. Nothing to worry about as far as I'm aware. I'm no expert though.

Thanks it just strange it blow a ignition coil yesterday replaced it today and then it blew 2 more :/
