Seat Ibiza cupra - flashing oil temp in morning beeps

Hi noticed this happening the past while have plugged it in no stored codes, no idea
What it could be anyone have an experience of this?

Checked oil, coolant and everything is sweet

I am hopeing this is the sensor, it only happens in the morning

Mine did this I cleaned the prongs in the coolant bottle with toothbrush and now it's fine.

Could be a dry connection ?
