Can it be changed via vcds/vagcom?

Cool sounds like a straight forward fix then, stupid question but where is the horn located in the engine bay of a 1.8t cupra? I'm hunting around the top section near the wipers but no joy, I'm guessing it's not buried to far down?

On my 1.2 it's located down on the passenger side, between the radiator and PAS pump. I'd say it's a bumper off job to do something with it.

Can it be changed via vcds/vagcom?

Not that I'm aware of, let us know if you find something though!

Mine was alright but one day I dipped my front end in a huge puddle and had to back out as it was too deep sine then my horn is pathetic

Yeah, I think they sit quite low down on the subframe, and are prone to getting soaked.

Yeah, I think they sit quite low down on the subframe, and are prone to getting soaked.

Yeah it's by the washer fluid bottle, effectively behind the near side fog lamp
