Decat OEM Cupra Downpipe?

Anyone fancy trying it?

I have a donor downpipe here from a 2010 Boc.
Have done this on my Leon cupra with great results.

Just needs the cat cutting open, ceramic chipping out and welding up again.

im asking £50 for it and can post anywhere in the uk

god damn!!! I had my downpipe cut off 1cm after my flange and flared to 3" to my custom decat downpipe. It was a lack of instruction on my part which lead to them cutting the original exhaust, although I thought it was obvious.

So I was left with the above but without the flange and 1" of pipe. I took HOURS fabricating a new flange out of 10mm steel since these flanges are like gold dust. I then had to create a stubby piece of pipe to connect the 2. Needless to say it wasnt very tidy but did the job to pass mot.

If you came to me a month ago I would have bitten your hand off.

Is the cat still working? Might still be up for it, my mate has a boc and he was thinking of going stage 2, hes on a budget though

Just dug this out from the depths of the garage.

The cat was still fine before removing it.
Or would make a great donor for a decat.
