Fitted 5 mm spacers to my front and now the wheel wobble is terrible. Is there anyway around this it should I just sack the front spacers off ?

What do you mean by wheel wobble? Was it there before? Unless the spacers are unbalanced or warped, which I'd say is fairly unlikely, it's probably just exposed a problem that was there before, such as unbalanced wheels of an issue in the suspension.

Have you checked the wheel bolts are done up properly?

It wasn't there before and I've worked out it's because there is no lip to touch the champher fully so the alloy can't sit properly

Do the spacers sit on the hub properly? If not, perhaps the centre hole needs opening out a bit, or some extra chamfering.

Have you tried re-centering the alloy by turning each nut in slowly to seat the bolts in the alloy wheel recesses centrally?
