This kind of wobble on motorcycles is common when the wheel geometry is out or suspension damaged/worn .
I respectfully suggest checking your 4 wheel alignment ( tracking ) , also look for wear in the steering hub lower joints or steering rack pinion gear , track rod ends , wishbone rubber subframe mountings . The cause will be a gap in a bearing or joint ossilating when you come off the gas . Same as speed wobble on a push bike . Also check dampers for leaks ( assume no buckled wheel rims and wheel bearings are ok )
when the engine is cold you have less engine breaking because the mixture is richer and idle speed is higher ( set by ecu according to temp) This could account for the difference . If you floor the clutch as soon as the shake starts does it get worse or improve or make no difference?
Finally check you have oil in the gear box to the correct level and that the suspension strut top bearings are ok , and steering rack mountings are tight and secure .
