space saver wheel

Can someone put me in the right direction for a space saver wheel.
I have an Altea new shape with tyre sizes of 205/55r16.
I am unsure what size space saver i need.
Also can i get one that fits another car or has it got to be one for an Altea.
I read somewhere that vw and audi space saver will fit but just want confirmation before i buy one.

yep got mine of ebay as well from a golf plus originally i thing , oh and btw lidl are doing cans of compressed air tyre gunk for £2.95 this week , its sell by dated so i am guessing that is good
