Braided Housing/Stainless Steel (Fuel lines ect..)

I've asked this before but didn't get any real answer.

I'm looking to change my fuel lines from silicone to braided/steel housing, a long with aeroquip/goodridge fittings. But I have no idea what size I'd need (both hose size and fittings size)

Also if you could recommend anything else that's ideal to change to braided/steel, it would be greatly appreciated

Fuel lines would be -6 (said 'dash 6')
