Rear disc, or disc and hub?

So my rear disc has been cross fredded when someone put the new alloys on, so looks like before the MOT is due I'm guna need to replace the disc's, but does it mean replacing disc and hub or just the disc ?

If its a wheel bolt thats crossed, just the hub. The disc just has holes in it.
