Back seat removal

Hi all, I'm going racing next weekend and want to take the back seats out. I've got as far as taking the two bolts out the middle of the back piece but can't work out how you get the end ones out. Does the whole back seat just knock up or do they actually need taking out?

The bit you sit on is no problem.

Rear seat removal

Theres three bollts in the middle, then you just push the two end hook pieces backwards at each side of the seats with a flat screw driver, and out it comes

Flip the bench up and theres 2 hinges with allen key bolts iirc then just do as above and shove the hooks at each side back with a screwdriver

When I first looked at the clips I thought they were little tabs that knocked up, didn't realise they were locking hooks, cheers!

You can leave the bracket in place, remove the two clips that hold the seats into the bracket, and push the two outside parts toward the back of the car, and the seat will pop up and out,
