AP Coilovers

I'm looking at getting some AP coilovers this week, I was wondering who on here has them and if you could post a picture up of your car with them fitted so I can get an idea as to how they can sit.

Multiple people on Dutch Seat forum drive with them, no woes whatsoever. Very good set for money, cheaper than Weitec/Koni/KW and performs very very well

Yeah I heard they were build along side the KW v1 but as to how true that is, is another matter

Just they will be going on my Leon so I need to get the S3 kit as I'm having the same setup as the S3 rear being 4WD

I think I'll head for those along with some Powerflex top mount bushes

I have them. Can't really fault them to be honest. Only problem I've had is a squeak from the passenger front. This was sorted by coating everything in grease.

Could go lower than this but it sits just right without scraping everywhere

Cool thank you for the pics mate, that is roughly where I think I would be looking to go or somewhere along those lines, as obviously I'll be 4wd and BT so my exhaust will most likely end up scraping lol

Any lower it will scrape. Certain multi story car parks and speed humps can be a problem. You kind of get a nack for knowing what will and won't be a challenge.

Got a set on my 03 LC, Fantastic set of coilovers, definitely a worthy investment

That's the joy of coilovers, you can pretty much get them sitting exactly how you want them to.

I'm running AP coilovers, great ride quality. The guy who had the car before me ran 19's though with spacers, so it's running at about standard ride height though. They do creak a bit, but they're about 3 years old.
