I got Relentless V3 manifold for the car, but I decided to go bigger turbo than K04 so now it is for sale. PM if interested.

love it that interior is soooo nice those seats remind of the stubby recaro,s that went into the RS escorts back in the day,your searching is turning your car into a very highly desired car gr8 job

A little summary:

Turbo is from Audi TTS (K04-064)
Exhaust system is 76mm all the way with Milltek backbox.
Car is very quiet and I am very satisfied, almost like stock, however it has nice sound under hard acceleration.

At the moment I am driving with the small MAF and the small injectors, because I have to sort out the clutch before going on dyno.

Anyway with stock injectors and MAF I am reading 203 g/s around 5800 rpm, and then the car gets MAF signal too high and Charge Pressure Maximum Limit Exceeded. I suppose that this is the limit of the small MAF.

I have 630cc Genesis injectors and S3 MAF ready to install and I hope I will get another 40-50 g/s when car is ready.

You need adapter between the turbo and the 1.8T head and you need custom downpipe. With haldex it is very tight, but if FWD it would be easier.

Went to a drag day for a quick check.
The car still goes in limp mode above 6000 rpm so my best time was 14.5@90mph, with no boost in 4th gear, because car went in limp mode in 3rd.

Still I am happy because with stock turbo I was changing from 3rd in 4th right at the finish line, and now I have to change to 4th gear way earlier :)

Not much interest on the car in this forum....

Anyway, this weekend I will try some 1/4 mile times on a local track to see how it will go.
