Buying on eBay from abroad

I'm looking at a top end Pioneer double din head unit on eBay, priced very reasonably (under £500).

I've since found out the unit is in Lithuania, has anyone bought on eBay from Eastern Europe?

Should I steer clear?

If they're verified PayPal users, you should be covered ....wouldn't even entertain WesternUnion or any of the other scam payment methods.

Even if it's legit, it's a lot of money for something with no warranty

I would steer well clear of this, something just doesn't add up. The account was registered in the UK for a start.

It may very well be legit, but it raises enough concerns for me, personally, that I wouldn't part with over £500.

Its a gamble, though i think i'd prefer the brand new in the box option, even though it costs quite a few pennies more.
