But a vxr with a Remus. Pops and bangs all day all.

Sorry not useful however I don't think these engines and systems do much to be honest.

I had a corsa vxr and that thing was mental. Not sure why they would be bad for the car though

Yeah some engines and systems might be able to produce them more.

Maybe if you get pops and bangs which vag engines it would be running too rich which ain't good.

Change the cat if you have one to a empty bypass pipe, then disconnect one of the coil packs, the unburnt fuel passing in to the hot exhaust will make it pop like mad and bang like a sh*t house door in the wind
Probably won't run so good though :)

Pop and bangs on the vxr's do sound good I think.

The only thing mapping wise you can have done on these is the rapid shot limiter cutting....... I'm sure R.T.E.C.H can add this to your map

Not quite popping and banging but something fancy mapping wise lol

A full 3" de-cat turbo back might pop at times but nothing like a VXR with same Remus etc system

Not sure whether there's a similar option when mapping, but when I had my Impreza mapped I had overrun enabled and it would pop and bang on every throttle off. It didn't do anything detrimental to the car or cost anymore fuel. When I next had it mapped after fitting some other mod I'd bought, I had it disabled as it does get a bit much after a while! (Especially on a decatted straight through exhaust!) :)
