Hey man how you doing..

Ive been thinking of doing some detailing on the side actually

All it really needed was a clay then some poorboys black hole, then g3 supergloss paste wax then a layer of megs liquid wax.

I treated all the plastic trim and did the alloys with rim wax and tires with megs tyre shine..

It came up really nice..

Same as me really then mate..

my normal routine is like this

spray wheels with autobrite wheel cleaner (love that stuff!)
jet wash
shampoo with megs gold class using 2 bucket method
clay bar re-wash the car
jet wash and dry off
clean glass with megs glass cleaner
wax wheels with rim wax
dress tires with megs endurance tire gel
dress all exterior plastics (this takes years off an old car!)
polish exhaust with autosol and wire wool and a soft buffing cloth
go round car with poor boys black hole
followed by g3 supergloss wax
followed by megs liquid wax

Im yet to find anything really good to dress the engine bay... buy AG tyre dressing works quite well.

ive used the rotary before with ok results...

normally takes a good 4 hours on the exterior

Loving the lcr and the r32 mate. Both absolute crackers ☺

Thanks buddy :)

Yeah the R was a belter of a motor ... Miss it a lot but the LCR is a cracker also. It's booked in for a bit of touch up paint week after next and the 02m box shim will be fitted this week. Then new Cupra badges for the rear and I'll be happy!! :)
