I'm thinking of upgrading to the lcr wishbones i just wanna know if they are the same as the S3/R32/TT. Same question for the hubs on the front too

Yes

Will help you get a bit lower, stop the subframe clash

Your better going for the full front end conversion
This is rack, wishbones, hubs, and arb. I normally have a setup lying around but sold my last one to someone about a week ago (also done as he is on air ride)

Its not too difficult, you can offer it up as a complete assembly
Do you have aftermarket shocks? do they not have the droplink tab on them?

no they dont have the droplink tab, its the airlift performance kit for the mk4 but not the r32 i guess i can get tabs welded onto them ive seen that done on the same kit

Going to have slight issues as on youre existing setup the ARB mounts to the wishbone however LCR wishbones don't have the mounts to suit this
Ive seen a few of the 'low n slow' guys just run without a front arb all together

I drilled my cast wishbones and bolted an angle to it. This allowed me to run with the r32 roll bar, but I used some audi A6 drop links, it was stretchy but it worked. I tried for a very long time to lay frame, but my limiting factor was my struts. The rayverns bottomed out. What struts do you have ?

Thats decent fitment mate what size were the wheels? Im on the airlift performance struts for the mk4 its stopping cos of the wishbones. Will the struts fit into the lcr hubs alright? Are they the same size?

They were 18's

Front et 18, 8.5
Rear et 26, 9.5

But it wasn't perfect fitment

Your struts will fit exactly the same
