Fitted my intercooler on my AUQ. Cost me £150 all in:
550 x 160 x 2.25" cooler - £65
1 x 45 deg ally elbow, 3 x 90 deg ally elbow, 1 x 90 silicone elbow, 500mm silicone straight - £60
Cupra r inlet manifold - £25

No need for cutting bumpers or crash bar as it's only a slim cooler and I kept my fogs. No need to go for massive intercooler, this one is no more laggy than the standard setup. I ran pipes from the pancake pipe too so installation was fairly straight forward (but my battery is in the boot, which makes it much easier)

I just need to raise it up slightly so it doesn't bend the bumper down and I need to replace the piece of standard pipe to make it neater.

I couldn't find a lot of info on this so I hope this helps.

Hi,
Is it possible to link where you bought the parts from?

As you've fitted a cupra r inlet manifold does this mean that you can run a TIP suitable for the Cupra R which would not normally fit on the non R's?
