Different contaminants - what to use

Afternoon!

Gave my car a quick wash this morning, and noticed these flaws...

I presume the black flecks are tar, and they're accumulating on the wheels, arches, and up the rear of the car. Is there a cleaner that is safe to use on both paint and wheels?

Also spotted this - which looks like a scratch. But when I took a closer look I could see the outline of a sticky residue on the rear light cluster too. What's my best approach here for either scenario? :/ Definitely annoyed if its a scratch. Doesn't look as though it was inflicted maliciously...

Try this stuff mate, removes tar and residue like you wouldn't believe and is easy to use.

Try some tar remover, iron fallout remover, then clay

Worth having a little clay over that odd scratch as may be just sitting on top

I can't see the pictures [at work] but sound like CarPro TRIX might be handy for you. It's a dedicated fallout and tar remover AIO.

Got myself some TRIX - used to good effect on the alloys but wimped out of applying it to the bodywork
