TDi Aircon Removal - Smaller Belt needed?

Hi all,
Was looking to take the Aircon Pump? off the engine on my PD130 TDi (as i have no aircon radiator/pipes anymore) to free up some pony power, but I noticed that the belt needs to go around it otherwise it would double back over a pully?

Has anyone done this sucsessfully?
If so, how do you get around the pully issue and what size belt is need to reduce the length?

You need a different tensioner to the standard one and a short belt. Will post the part numbers up tomorrow

So those parts will allow me to remove the air on unit and reroute the belt so it doesn't hit anything?

Hi Buddy, thinking about removing my air con on my mk4 ibiza Cupra TDI. As you seem to be very knowledgeable, is there I guide on what involved ?
Or is it a simple unbolt replace with new belt and tensioner and away you go?
Any help would be appreciated !
