Finally got round to getting VCDS working, Windows didn't want to play ball so got it working on my Linux laptop.

Done the following:

Alarm chirp
XDS changed from standard to strong
Door card lights always red
Start/stop turned off

So been abit quiet recently but been busy with the car..


Gave it a quick wash on thursday







Some of you might notice the dodgy GB stickers.. yes they were for a reason..




First stop off Dunkirk early Friday morning.



Then onto my home for the weekend, in Trois-Ponts

Saturday and Sunday I spent the day here

So yep made the trip to Spa for the weekend, SEAT Leon Eurocup.. Thanks to SEAT Sport again for letting me attend.

On the way I had a massive detour in Brussels which involved driving around and around for ages looking for a decent place to park.. Managed 412 miles to the tank though.

On the way back managed 427 miles to the tank. this included a trip into Gent and a trip to the beach.

This was all done on cruise control keeping to the speed limits (mainly 120-130 km/h) in Cupra mode using Drive.

REVO asked me if I was interested, their local so I said yes.

Its Stage1, they wont give me the graphs yet but its fast, but at the same time alot more refined, yes its too quiet for my liking at the moment but I'm resolving that soon as well.

Stage1 TSI is between Stage2/2+ on a TFSI, I would say its almost as fast as the LCR already.

What engine is in yours now? CR170? CR184?

CR170. i dont think audi use the 184 yet i think they went to 177 instead.

i wasnt going to map it as i didnt want DPF issues but apparently the CR170 in the Audi is the new one that doesnt have the same issues :S

at 35% off i wasnt going to complain. although i saw yesterday APR now do the CRxxx range.. i was tempted to cancel and go APR but i wont

Not heard of many having DPF issues with teh CR170, REVO do stage2 for it aswell.

It was but then APR Europe moved to Germany, APR UK HQ is now in Manchester.

Very nice mate I've just picked up a dynamic grey with bucket seats!

The stage 1 revo is up to 371 bhp depending on how car comes from factory already looked in to it!
