Only been driving for 5 years and now only on my 5th car I'm back to seat.
A brief car history.
Started out with a mk4 1.2 ibiza for about 3 years, unbelievably reliable and dirt cheap to run
After 3 years I upgraded to an e46 318ci for a few years,
ended up having big engine problems and whilst I was getting it fixed and sold on in the future I got an e92 325i.
Problems from day 1 including crank and cam sensors, vanos solenoids, leaking sump gasket, ignition coil and in the end got fed up of throwing money at it. Sold the e92 for quick money and the same day someone else came to "buy" the e46 which was now fixed and ended up nicking it. (Still awaiting insurance to decide if they pay out). At this time I had no car and luckily a lecturer was selling an old clio I would use as a runabout, as I didn't care much about it, ended up ratting it for the lols.
Then I recently spotted a 55plate lcr. Spotless inside and out, full service history 65k miles. Pump and belt has been done. Deposit down and picking it up Wednesday, hopefully tomorrow! (Can't wait for the hour drive back)
