"Service Light" turning it off?

Hi. I'm looking how to switch my service light off which come on everytime I start the car? I've looked around but cant see and video or info on the one I have. Its a Leon 1.4 tsi 2009. I will includ a pic so you know which one it is, Thanks Ste.

Ps I tried to add pic but wouldnt let me add urls yet.

usually on 58 plate onwards its done with vagcom on esi resetting

You can do it using the method described in the following post. However, not really a good idea if you've not had a service done or you've not serviced it yourself because the reminder that one is due is then gone.

Yes you're right. On the facelift you can just do it via the MFD. As the OPs car is a 2009 model it could be either a facelift or a pre-facelift so one of the two methods will work.

Yeah I serviced it today, got the parts from Seat and did it myself. Thanks Guys will take a look at the link
