Airbag Plugs

Just had a look at fitting my newly acquired Golf leather Recaro front seats and surprise surprise, the airbag plugs are different.

The hopefully good news is that the wiring colour coding to each half of the plug is identical so plug swap should be fairly straightforward?

My question is; are replacement airbag plugs available from Seat Dealers and if so, does anyone have relevant part numbers? Failing that, would I be able to use a non-standard plug / connector such as a Tyco AMP waterproof connector?

usually these plugs have been cut out and replaced to cure airbag faults
i would use you tyco connectors and the wiring should be identical

I'll have to look into these connectors as I will need to resistor my airbags out as I have buckets
