Help Please !!!!!

I have a problem with my LCR,its on ap adjustable coilovers and there is a terribly strange knocking/rumbling/grinding noise coming from the O/S/F somewhere.Now i have replaced all four Ball joints,Polybushed the Cast Arms,Replaced both Wheel bearings Front discs and pads and the O/S driveshaft,But still the noises are there,I am a vehicle Technician and had it over the pit at work,and everything seems OK,no play in anything it doesnt make the noise when the front end is jacked up and driving in gear,its totally Doing my head in to the point of me not enjoying driving it. So if anybody could shed some light on the matter for me or had similar problems i would be very grateful

Sounds stupid but did you replace the top mounts and bearings???

No mate but will be checking those out tomorrow,just seemed like a Rolling sound

Gonna strip the Struts tonight and check the top mounts & bearings thanks

if its driving mate, are you sure its not the gearbox? 6spd ? is it more noticeable in 3rd/5th gear ?

also could be shite tyres ? been tracked up since you replaced everything ?

It is 6 speed and yes only when driving but like I said it doesnt happen with the front jacked up and there is no grinding or horrible noises coming through the gearstick?

And yes it's been tracked about 4 times now

It does it in any random gear too

put it in 3rd gear and let go of the accelerator and see if theres a grinding noise
