Was under the impression they are slightly up from very bottom so that when you hit reserve your not sucking up all the gunk that settles on the bottom

Oh well glad I don't run mine to 0 miles as knowing my luck I'd be stood on the side of the road awaiting help lol

As a rule i don't let it get that low.
Just been one of those weeks.

To be fair Rob modern cars probably have way more fuel than they show. Few years back i ran a car that to be honest I didn't really care for(none seat lol) ran this on fumes fairly regular and only ran out a couple of times.

Was a work horse so didn't really care :D

Busy morning and early afternoon for me.

1st up, swapping the wing mirror caps over....

Using a small flat head screwdriver, prise the mirror off it's housing & you gain access to the clips holding the mirror cap onto the housing......you can see from the pic below the red clips & you need to prise these away to take the cap off.

Fitting is opposite of removal & then you push the glass back onto it's mount.

Did a big detailing session after that.

Rinsed off, & snow foamed.....snow foam dwelling....

Rinsed off again and on with a 2 Bucket Method wash

Washed off, dried off and moved to front of house, tyres dressed, de-tarred & then taped up for machine polishing....

Passed over the car using a cutting pad with Farecla G3 scratch removal polish & then passed over again using a heavy polishing pad using Autoglym SRP....couple of shots....

Finished & feeling like a job well done :)
